We can rejuvenate tired looking stone, whether it's polished, honed or tumbled. We clean and vapor steam your stone, leaving it clean and sanitized, and then properly seal it, to give you maximum protection and ease of cleaning. We also will leave you with the appropriate everyday spray cleaner/sealer to make it easy to keep that fresh clean look daily, and to extend the life of the sealer in the stone.

We completely clean the surface of your tile & grout using only professional non-toxic cleaning products.
We will scrub and, if necessary, deep vapor steam to remove deeper water residue.
We will apply a penetrating grout sealer, to help protect it from staining again, or,
We can "color seal" your grout to be water, stain and mildew resistant. This will provide you with uniform grout color.
We can even change the color of your grout, lighter or darker, you pick the new color!
We will explain how to care and manage your tile & grout, and provide you with the proper cleaning products to maintain that fresh new look.
Caulking-
We also can caulk all the joints in your tub, shower or kitchen backsplash to form a tough, flexible, water resistant seal on most surfaces, protecting joints from moisture. We can match the caulk color to your grout color so that it blends.

Because we are experienced tile installers, we can offer you professional tile repairs, replacements and regrouting services.
